While traveling for work as a business consultant, founder Adam Motley had lower back pain and knew there had to be a better way to sit
The big idea: what if a chair was designed with freedom for your shoulders to relax back, making good posture effortless?
THE RESEARCH
The MOVO team has spent the last two years tirelessly developing the concept.
Guided by an advisory board of physical therapists and biomedical engineers, they refined the design through primary research, user design interviews, and prototype testing.
THE DESIGN
Each component of the chair is carefully designed to support good posture.
The headrest.
The backrest.
The armrests.
Even the seat pan.
THE RESULT
Our latest prototype (pictured) is a culmination of everything we have learned over the past two years.
